LEARNING CENTERS: STUDENTS FIRST DAY, WEDNESDAY, JULY 5, 2017

Dear Learning Center Students and Parents,

Please be aware that the first day of the 2017-18 school year for students enrolled in the Learning Centers and Teen Parent Education program was Wednesday, July 5.  Students are to report to their assigned location and session time.  For more information about student calendar dates for the year, location and times of each of our 12 high school learning centers, and more, please visit our Alternative Education website at: https://alternative-education.sweetwaterschools.org/   You may also contact the Department of Alternative Education at (619) 796-7300.

Memorial Day Holiday Closure – Monday, May 29, 2017

Dear Students and Families,

Schools and Services Closed, Monday, May 29, 2017: Please be aware schools and services for students in the Sweetwater Union High School District and the Department of Alternative Education will be closed in recognition of the Memorial Day Holiday.  Schools and services will resume normal hours of operation on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.

Schools and Services Closed: Monday, March 20 through Friday, March 31, 2017: All schools and services will be closed to students in recognition of spring recess.  Schools and services will resume normal hours of operation on Monday, April 3, 2017.
